Intense and bright yellow colour, with a fine, persistent and well-integrated bubble. Complex aromas, with intense notes of ripe white fruit (pears, apples), fresh grass and a smoky and mineral background.
Fresh, smoothie in the mouth and very pleasant. Good persistence.
